Overview of the result
An Giang achieved 23.19 out of 40 points, placing in the "Fair" group and ranking above the national average. The results show that businesses have a good understanding of FTA-related legal documents (#5) and rank among the nation's leaders in readiness to comply with sustainable development commitments (#4), but enterprises assess that information access and the quality of provided market forecasts still have many limitations. In the coming time, An Giang should prioritize transforming businesses' legal foundation and readiness for sustainability commitments into the capacity to utilize FTAs in a more substantive and effective manner.

However, information from state agencies (A2) only ranked 21st, forms of accessing information (A3) ranked 24th, and market forecasting work (A8) ranked 27th. This shows that businesses appreciate support quality when directly participating in activities, but information delivery channels have not yet proven effective.

This shows that businesses have proactively equipped themselves with knowledge and face little difficulty in implementing FTA regulations.However, support activities from regulatory bodies still have substantial room for improvement: quality of guidance on legal documents (B3), training and workshops (B5), feedback on draft documents (B6), and the extent to which local state management agencies acknowledge and absorb feedback and suggestions from enterprises (B7) all ranked only in the 20th–23rd group.

Support quality (D6) and enterprises' perception of compliance significance (D5) sat at moderate levels, ranking 15th and 16th respectively. If targeted for improvement, these indicators could certainly advance the province closer to the national leading group in sustainable development.
